PLEASE VOTE!
The time to vote for the next Business Committee of the Mesa Grande Band of Mission Indians is now! Please have your absentee ballots in to CILS before the end of tomorrow January 8th, 2016! All votes will begin to be tallied after the in person voting polls close at 2pm on January 9th 2016, and any absentee votes mailed after January 8th 2016 will not be eligible!
There are two ways to vote in this election:
- Vote by Mail-In BallotEnclosed with this letter you will find a ballot listing the candidates for office and a self-addressed stamped envelope. Please put an “X” in the box next to your candidates of choice. For Chairman and Vice-Chairman, you may only choose 1 candidate. You may select up to 3 candidates for the Business Committee. Ballots returned with extraneous or unclear marks will be considered spoiled and excluded from the final vote count. Completed ballots must be returned to CILS in the enclosed Self Addressed Stamped Envelope by January 8, 2016. Late ballots will not be counted towards the vote.
